Bright Kids, founded by Farheen Ijaz in August 2019, is Pakistan’s first fully registered virtual school, offering high-quality education for children aged 3 to 15 years. What began as a small Facebook group dedicated to supporting mothers in parenting has grown into a global educational platform. What Makes Our Teaching Unique

We provide innovative early learning programs, progressive virtual schooling from preschool to grade 5, and diverse courses for skill development. Our Founder – Farheen Ijaz

Farheen Ijaz, the visionary behind Bright Kids, founded the organization in August 2019 with a mission to make quality education accessible to all children, regardless of their financial background. With years of experience in teaching, she recognized the gaps in the education system and wanted to create a supportive platform for mothers seeking guidance in schooling and parenting. What started as a small Facebook group soon evolved into a thriving educational community. As a curious first-time mother, she understood the importance of early childhood education and began offering structured learning activities to enhance cognitive skills and positive parenting. The overwhelming response led to the launch of The Early Year Homeschooling program in June 2021, which has since benefited over 500 children. Under her leadership, Bright Kids expanded into a fully registered virtual school, offering courses from preschool to grade 5, including subjects like Coding, ICT, Mental Math, Creative Writing, and Languages. Today, with over 1,500 students enrolled globally, officially attested certificates, and a Presidential Award for Outstanding Leadership (2023), Farheen Ijaz continues to inspire and transform education worldwide. Her commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and lifelong learning remains at the heart of Bright Kids' success.

Qundeel Anwer

Qundeel Anwer is a dedicated educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Defence and Diplomatic Studies and a gold medal for her outstanding academic achievements. Her passion for teaching and knowledge-sharing is evident in the way she engages with students, making learning both enjoyable and meaningful. As an English teacher at Bright Kids, Qundeel strives to inspire a love for language and communication in every child she teaches. Sobia

Sobia is a passionate educator with a creative and curious spirit. She enjoys reading, painting, and traveling, always seeking new experiences that enrich both her personal and professional growth. At Bright Kids, she brings a fresh and innovative approach to teaching, ensuring that students develop a love for learning while building essential skills. In addition to her role at Bright Kids, she also leads after-school clubs at Harbour International School, where she creates engaging, hands-on learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom. With a strong commitment to student-centered and interactive teaching methods, Sobia ensures that every child receives the individual attention and guidance they need to succeed. She believes in making education both meaningful and enjoyable, encouraging students to explore, think critically, and grow with confidence. Nabeeha Israr

Nabeeha Israr is a dedicated and hardworking educator with over 13 years of teaching experience. After completing her Master’s degree and earning multiple teaching diplomas and certifications, she has established herself as a highly skilled professional in the education sector. Her passion for teaching and continuous learning drives her to constantly upgrade her skills and teaching methods. Throughout her career, Nabeeha has taught at renowned institutions such as Brick School, The City School, and Kingston College, where she played a vital role in shaping young minds. Now, as part of the Bright Kids team, she brings her expertise and enthusiasm to help students excel in Urdu and other subjects. Nabeeha believes that quality education goes beyond textbooks, focusing on value-based learning and skill development. Her engaging and approachable teaching style ensures that students feel comfortable, motivated, and eager to learn. She strives to create a positive and interactive classroom environment where children can develop confidence and critical thinking skills. Huma Bajwa

Huma Bajwa is a dedicated educator and a loving mother of two, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to Bright Kids. Based in Islamabad, she has an academic background in English, French, and MBA-IT, giving her a unique perspective in teaching. Her diverse expertise allows her to connect with students in a creative and meaningful way. Huma has served as a student coordinator at IIUI, where she played an essential role in guiding and mentoring students. Now, as a teacher and career consultant, she is passionate about helping young learners grow academically and personally. Her enthusiasm for personality development, arts, crafts, and science makes her classes engaging and inspiring. Teacher Hira is a dedicated educator, subject coordinator, and faculty member at Bright Kids. With a degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Project Management, she brings a solid academic background and a genuine passion for teaching. She currently also teaches at UOS, further enriching her expertise in the field of education. Specializing in English and Islamiyat, she ensures that students build a strong foundation in language and faith. Meet Anum, a dedicated Montessori Directress with 10 years of experience in teaching and nurturing young minds. Her teaching approach encourages children to explore, think critically, and develop essential life skills. At Bright Kids, Anum is committed to supporting each child's unique homeschooling journey. Almas Rashid

Meet Almas Rashid, a passionate educator with an MPhil in Islamic Studies and Gold Medals in both her BS and MPhil. Currently, Almas is an Arabic language instructor at Bright Kids, where she not only shares her knowledge but also continues to grow and learn effective methods for educating children. Akasha Umer

Meet Akasha Umer, a dedicated teacher at Bright Kids with a strong passion for early childhood education. For the past 8 months, Akasha has been committed to fostering collaboration, sparking curiosity, and making every learning experience meaningful. Irum Usman

Meet Irum Usman, a dedicated educator with a Bachelor's (Hons) in Defense and Diplomatic Studies. After completing a short internship at ISPR Rawalpindi, Irum began her journey with Bright Kids in May 2021. She has been an integral part of the Bright Homeschooling initiative, assisting over 500 students with homeschooling while fostering a positive learning environment. In addition to her teaching role, Irum has also worked as a Graphic Designer for Bright Kids, where she contributes her creativity to develop educational materials. With three years of experience as an Art and Craft teacher for preschoolers, Irum's passion for early childhood education drives her to continually enhance her skills. Irum's mission is to provide a nurturing learning atmosphere, ensuring every young mind receives the best educational experience. Her commitment to teaching and creativity makes her a valuable part of the Bright Kids family.

Nabiha Yaqoob

Meet Nabiha Yaqoob, a passionate online preschool teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Maths. She began her journey with Bright Kids in 2024, bringing her experience from the Bright Homeschooling initiative and a strong background in art and craft teaching. Nabiha is dedicated to creating an engaging, nurturing, and fun virtual classroom where young learners can thrive. She incorporates a blend of play-based learning, storytelling, and hands-on activities to foster curiosity, build confidence, and help children develop essential skills. Nabiha’s approach ensures that every child’s learning experience is enriching and interactive, allowing them to learn in a way that is both creative and meaningful. Her commitment to making learning enjoyable and accessible is reflected in her ability to adapt and create a magical virtual classroom that nurtures young minds every day.

Miss Farheen

Meet Farheen Javaid, a dedicated professional with a Master’s degree in Public Health and a strong passion for working with children. Farheen has gained invaluable experience in special needs education, having worked closely with children who have special needs, supporting their growth and development. In addition to her hands-on experience, Farheen has provided extensive training to educators on recognizing the early signs of autism and other developmental disorders, empowering them to offer better care and support. She also specializes in motor skill development, with a comprehensive understanding of fine and gross motor activities designed to improve physical coordination and overall well-being in children. Farheen’s commitment lies in enhancing the lives of both children and educators, and she is deeply devoted to creating a more inclusive and supportive learning environment. Her goal is to help children thrive, while ensuring that educators are equipped to provide the best care possible.
